WHO am I
I'm Aníka Rós, and I don't sugarcoat it: You can't scale a business that lives entirely in your head.
With an MSc in Service Management and the experience of building two companies, I've seen firsthand how drowning in the "daily doing" can completely kill your passion.
I'm not here to give you more work; I'm here to give you clarity.
In my last business, I was always too "busy" to sit down and actually analyze what I was doing. I was always planning to do that someday but someday never came. I thought I was doing everything I could, but looking back, I was just running around without a clear direction. I knew I wanted to succeed, but I had no real plan for how to actually do that.
It is easy to see our blind spots in hindsight. It's easy to see where we went wrong after the damage is done.
Being a business owner can be tough, and let's be honest, it can be incredibly lonely. But it doesn't have to be.
Using my academic knowledge and hard-earned experience, I shine a light on the blind spots that female founders often miss.
