WHO am I

I'm Aníka Rós and I don't sugarcoat it: You can't scale a business that lives entirely in your head.

Being a business owner can be tough and let's be honest, it can be incredibly lonely. But it doesn't have to be.

In my last business, I was always too "busy" to sit down and actually analyze what I was doing. I was always planning to do that someday but someday never came. I thought I was doing everything I could, but looking back, I was just running around without a clear direction. I knew I wanted to succeed, but I had no real plan for how to actually do that.

After 10 years I stopped. I went back to school and got myself an MSc in Service Management and from my experience of building two companies, I've firsthand experience how drowning in the "daily doing" can completely kill your passion.

I'm not here to give you more work; I'm here to give you clarity.

It is easy to see our blind spots in hindsight. It's easy to see where we went wrong after the damage is done.

Using my academic knowledge and earned experience, I am here to shine a light on the blind spots that female founders often miss. I help female business owners build the business they’ve always wanted by stepping out of their own bottleneck and finally becoming the business owner they envisioned they could be.

How I categorize my tasks has changed and I can now see more clearly where my time and energy are actually going.
