Hi I am Aníka Rós
II’ve been in business for over 20 years and learned firsthand what works and what doesn’t, when building and running a company.
Today, I’m a service and operations consultant helping women build companies that work, not businesses they have to carry on their own.
When structure, service and a clear direction for scaling are in place, work flows better, decisions are easier and scaling doesn’t come at the cost of constant pressure.
I help women move from uncertainty to clarity, from chaos to structure and from doing everything themselves to leading companies they can grow calmly and intentionally.
With now a Master’s degree in Service Management and the experience of starting and running two businesses myself, I knew how I wanted to build my consultancy. I was going to do it online so I could support women wherever they are. My work is practical and focused, helping clients gain control, confidence and more good days at work.

This year, I took on too much. Between managing Gracelandic, diving into new projects, pursuing a master’s degree, and being a mom, I reached my limit. I burned out. In that tough moment, I turned to my friend Aníka Rós and her consulting expertise for help. She saw me at my worst and gave me not just advice, but a lifeline.
