Who is Aníka Rós
I’m a curious and fun-loving woman from a small fishing village in northern Iceland. I’ve always loved creating, learning and helping others grow. I believe business should feel good, have flow and support the life you want to live.
What I’ve Done
I started working at 12 years old in a fish factory in my hometown. At 18 I moved to Reykjavík and took on a variety of jobs, from cleaning and serving to customer service and management.
My second company I ran for ten years. After that decade I decided to stop and take some time to reflect on what I truly wanted. I realised I wanted to understand business on a deeper level and learn what it takes to run them with more success. That led me to study, learn and rethink how great service and solid structure can completely change how a company feels and performs.
My Education
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Reykjavík and a Master’s degree in Service Management from the University of Iceland. This mix of hands-on experience and education helps me see both the people side and the practical side of business.
Why I Do This
That journey shaped everything I do today. My mission is to help women in business move from uncertainty to clarity.
To build companies that operate more smoothly, attract the right clients and give their owners more freedom and joy in both work and life.
